Resilient Seated Gate Valves

Resilient seat gate valve (also known as the elastic seat seal gate valve or soft seal gate valve) is a shut-off valve that achieves bidirectional sealing through elastic sealing materials (such as rubber). The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the fluid and only supports full open or full closed operation. It is suitable for water supply, fire protection, industrial pipelines and other scenarios.

‌Core structure and design‌
‌Elastic sealing components‌:

The outer layer of the gate is covered with EPDM‌ or ‌NBR rubber as a whole, and is fitted with the valve seat through a vulcanization process to achieve zero leakage (Class VI) sealing;
The flat-bottomed full-flow straight-through design is adopted to avoid debris accumulation and reduce flow resistance.
‌Valve body and material‌:

The valve body is mainly made of ductile iron, stainless steel or copper alloy, and the epoxy resin coating is lined to enhance corrosion resistance;
The concealed rod or open rod structure is optional. The concealed rod design saves installation space, and the open rod is convenient for observing the open and closed state.

‌Manual‌: Worm gear structure is light and labor-saving; ‌Electric‌: Suitable for large flow automation control (such as water plants, metallurgical systems); ‌Concealed rod/open rod‌: Concealed rod is suitable for scenes with limited space, and open rod is convenient for maintenance and monitoring. ‌
Application‌:

Municipal water supply and sewage treatment (such as RVHX valve);
Fire protection pipelines, chemical fluid transportation (including slightly corrosive media);
Clean fluid management in food and pharmaceutical industries
