1. Definition and working principle
Pneumatic gate valve drives the actuator through compressed air, driving the valve stem to realize the vertical lifting and lowering movement of the gate. Its core working principle is:
The piston in the cylinder generates thrust under the pressure of the air source, pushing the transmission rod to drive the gate to move;
When using a double-layer cylinder structure, the upper and lower pistons work together to increase the opening and closing force, solving the problem of easy jamming of a single cylinder;
Some models are equipped with a buffer mechanism, which can effectively reduce the wear of the sealing surface caused by the closing impact.

Operation specification
Opening process
Check that the gas source pressure is stable at 4-6MPa and confirm that there is no leakage in the pipeline
Remote control requires verification of signal transmission. After switching to manual mode on-site operation, rotate the valve stem clockwise
Monitor the change in opening degree and stop immediately when encountering resistance
Closing points
Double-acting valve switches the gas path direction through the solenoid valve
Rotate the valve stem counterclockwise to the fully closed position, and pay attention to the buffer mechanism to reduce the impact

Knife-type gate valves are preferred for medium containing particles, and chromium-molybdenum steel materials must be used for high temperature conditions
Enterprise standard products must be accompanied by technical documents in the contract
Special models such as PZ643 and Z641H series are particularly suitable for easy jamming conditions due to the double-layer cylinder design. Regular sealing tests are required during long-term storage to prevent performance degradation caused by aging of the rubber lining.
