Rubber Gate Valve

Rubber gate valves are valves that use elastic rubber seals to cut off media. They use the deformation compensation ability of rubber to improve sealing performance. They are suitable for controlling pipelines containing particles, fibers or corrosive fluids. Its core principles include:

Elastic sealing design: The gate is entirely covered with rubber (such as NBR, EPDM), and the gap between the sealing surfaces is filled by compression deformation to achieve zero leakage (leakage rate ≤ 10⁻⁶ mbar·l/s);
Self-cleaning function: The knife-type gate can cut off impurities in the medium to prevent clogging (suitable for sewage, pulp and other scenarios).

Structural design characteristics
Valve body and material: The valve body is mostly made of stainless steel (304/316L) or cast steel, and the inner lining rubber layer enhances corrosion resistance;
The sealing surface is covered with EPDM, FKM, etc., with a temperature range of -20℃～150℃. ‌Gate type‌:
‌Rigid gate‌: suitable for clean media, long sealing life;
‌Elastic gate‌: can automatically compensate for wear, suitable for fluids containing particles or high viscosity.
‌Drive mode‌:
Manual operation (DN≤300), electric or pneumatic drive (DN＞300), low opening and closing torque (DN100 torque ≤50N·m)

Applications
Chemical industry: control of the inlet and outlet of strong acid (such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid) storage tanks;
Municipal engineering: flow regulation in sewage treatment plants and drainage networks;
Fire protection system: opening and closing of fire water pipelines, NBR rubber seals are suitable for high-pressure water flow;
Papermaking and mining: transportation management of solid particle-containing media such as pulp and ore pulp
