Through conduit knife gate valve is a valve that cuts off the medium through a knife-shaped gate. Its flow channel is a straight-through design without a reduced diameter structure, which is suitable for pipeline control containing fibers, particles or high-viscosity fluids. The core features include:
Straight-through flow channel: full-diameter design (DN50~DN1200), small fluid resistance, avoiding medium deposition or blockage;
Knife-shaped gate: sharp blade can cut off impurities such as fibers and pulp, suitable for complex media such as sewage and slurry;
Sealing form: the valve seat can be made of rubber (EPDM, NBR) or metal hard seal, with a pressure resistance level of PN10~PN16.
Structure and material
Valve body design:
The main body is made of stainless steel (304/316L) or cast steel, with a smooth inner cavity without dead corners to reduce medium residue;
The connection methods include flange, clamping or welding, which are suitable for the installation requirements of the conduit system.
Gate and seal:
The surface of the knife-type gate is hard chrome plated or sprayed with tungsten carbide, and the wear resistance is increased by more than 3 times;
The elastic valve seat is made of EPDM rubber or fluoroplastic (PTFE), and the temperature range is -20℃～150℃.
Drive mode:
Manual drive (DN≤300) or pneumatic/electric actuator (DN＞300), low opening and closing torque (DN100 torque ≤40N·m)
