high pressure knife gate valve Description
High-pressure knife gate valve is a valve that combines a blade-shaped gate with a high-pressure sealing structure. It is specially used in pipeline systems with high pressure (usually ≥16MPa) and complex media such as particles and fibers. Its core structure includes:
Valve body and gate: No chamber valve body design, the blade-shaped gate (wedge angle 5°~50°) cuts off the medium by vertical lifting, and the sealing surface is made of carbide or PTFE material.
Drive assembly: It can be equipped with electric, pneumatic or manual actuators. The valve stem and gate are pressed against the valve seat through the lugs to achieve forced sealing under high pressure.
