Electric knife gate valve is a fluid control device composed of an electric actuator and a knife gate valve. The motor drives the gate to rise and fall vertically to realize medium opening and closing or flow regulation. Its structure is divided into two parts:
Electric actuator: It uses a DC motor to drive the gear transmission to convert the rotary motion into the linear motion of the gate, supporting remote control and overload protection functions.
Valve body: The main body is a chamberless valve body, the core is a knife-shaped wedge gate (the sealing surface angle is usually 5°), the flow channel is designed with a full-diameter design, and the gate is pressed against the valve seat by the bottom lug to achieve two-way sealing.
