Corrosion-Resistant Gate Valves Description
Corrosion-resistant gate valves are cut-off valves specially designed for corrosive media working conditions. Their core function is to achieve pipeline medium on-off control through vertical movement of the gate. They are suitable for highly corrosive environments such as acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and oxidizing fluids. This type of valve complies with industry standards such as API 603 to ensure long-term stable operation at pressure levels Class 150~300 (PN2.0~5.0MPa) and temperature ranges from -29℃ to 500℃.

Valve body and sealing structure
Bolted bonnet : The bolted bonnet design is used to facilitate maintenance and replacement of internal components, and the sealing reliability is better than the traditional welded structure;
Lightweight design : The wall thickness of the valve body strictly complies with the ANSI B16.34 standard, and the overall weight is reduced by 20%-30% compared to conventional valves, reducing installation and transportation costs;
Valve seat optimization : Some models are equipped with scraped sealing surfaces, which can remove attached impurities during the opening and closing process and extend the service life.
Valve stem treatment technology
The valve stem is tempered and surface nitrided, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, and is suitable for frequent opening and closing conditions.
