CF8M Gate Valve

CF8M gate valve is a cut-off valve with a valve body cast in CF8M stainless steel (corresponding to 316 stainless steel) in accordance with ASTM A351 standard. It realizes full open/close control of pipeline media through vertical lifting of the gate, and is designed for corrosion resistance and complex working conditions. Its typical features and functions are as follows:

Structural composition

Core components

Valve body and bonnet: integrally cast in CF8M material, resistant to corrosive media with pH 2-12;
Gate: divided into wedge-shaped single gate (rigid seal) or parallel double gate (elastic compensation), with hard alloy (such as Stellite) welded on the sealing surface;

Valve stem: surface nitriding treatment improves wear resistance, and is linked to the handwheel/pneumatic actuator through trapezoidal threads;

Sealing system: the valve seat adopts a bevel seal matching the gate, and cooperates with polytetrafluoroethylene packing to achieve low leakage.
‌Drive configuration‌

‌Manual type‌: aluminum alloy handwheel + valve stem nut drive, operating torque ≤150N·m; ‌Pneumatic type‌: suitable for 0.4~0.7MPa compressed air, suitable for remote control or high-frequency operation scenarios
