Cast iron Silence Check Valve Description
Cast iron silent check valve is made of cast iron or ductile iron as the valve body material. It realizes low noise and anti-backflow automatic valve by optimizing the flow channel and sealing structure. It is widely used in water supply and drainage, fire protection and industrial systems. Its core design includes:
Valve body material: gray cast iron (HT200/HT250) or ductile iron (QT450-10), taking into account both strength and corrosion resistance.
Sealing form:
Spring-loaded valve disc: stainless steel spring drives the valve disc to close quickly to reduce water hammer impact noise.
Flexible sealing component: the valve disc is coated with rubber or embedded in a flexible barrier sleeve to improve sealing reliability.

Water hammer resistance
The slow-closing structure (such as the micro-resistance slow-closing check valve) closes the valve disc in stages, reducing the water hammer pressure by 30%~50%.
The valve disc and valve seat are hard alloy surfacing treatment, resistant to granular medium erosion.
Corrosion resistance and maintenance convenience
The cast iron valve body surface is sprayed with epoxy resin or galvanized, suitable for acid and alkali environments.
The removable valve cover design supports online replacement of seals and reduces downtime.
