API Cast Steel Check Valve

The design and manufacture of cast steel check valves are carried out in accordance with API standards, ensuring the reliability of their sealing and excellent performance. They can be used in conjunction with imported equipment and are suitable for occasions where the working temperature does not exceed 600°C and the medium is water, oil or steam.

Specific features of cast steel check valves include:

Pressure ratings range from ANSI 150lb to 2500lb, and sizes range from 2 inches to 64 inches.
Shell materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel or duplex steel.
Operation methods include handwheel, gear, electric and pneumatic devices.
The valve seat sealing surface is made of iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy overlay welding, which has the performance of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

Oil and gas pipelines: high-pressure anti-backflow control of oil pipelines, suitable for Class 600~1500.
‌Thermal power generation system: main steam pipeline, boiler water supply system, temperature resistance ≤425℃.
‌Chemical process equipment: cut-off protection of corrosive media (such as chlorine alkali, sulfuric acid), sealing surface resistance to particle erosion.
