Tilt disc check valve features

• The impact phenomenon of the check valve is caused by the valve's flap not reaching the closed position before the fluid flows backward.

Tilt disc check valve can be quickly closed because the valve flap running distance is very short, so it can quickly reach the valve seat position, thus minimizing the impact phenomenon.

• The tilt disc check valve is suitable for preventing backflow of fluids in horizontal or vertical pipelines.

In vertical piping, or any inclination angle between horizontal and vertical piping, these check valves are only suitable for piping where the medium flows upward.

• Tilt disc check valves operate automatically.

It opens under the pressure of fluid flow and closes under the force of gravity.

Seat sealing load and tightness are related to counterpressure.

If the flow pressure is not sufficient to hold the valve in an open, stable position, the flapper and other moving parts will continue to vibrate.
