Threaded Ball Check Valve Description
The threaded ball check valve is a one-way valve that automatically opens and closes by rolling the ball. It uses the forward flow pressure of the medium to push the ball open, and the ball returns to seal when it flows in the reverse direction to prevent the medium from flowing back. It is suitable for working conditions such as water, slurry, and viscous liquids.
Main structure:
Valve body and ball: The valve body is made of cast iron, stainless steel (304/316L) or rubber-lined material, and the ball is a rubber-coated metal core or a full steel structure, with a pressure rating of PN16~PN25 (1.6~2.5MPa);
Connection method: Threaded connection (NPT, BSPT, G, etc.), suitable for DN40~DN350 pipes, and the medium needs to flow from bottom to top when installed vertically.
Key Design:
Multi-channel structure: Some models adopt multi-ball and multi-cone reverse flow channel design to reduce flow resistance (flow resistance coefficient ≤ 0.05) and reduce water hammer effect;
Sealing form: mainly soft seal (rubber/PTFE), hard seal (hard alloy) optional, leakage level reaches ANSI Class VI.
