Silent Check Valve is a device used to prevent fluid backflow, and also has the function of reducing water hammer sound and vibration. Its working principle is based on fluid mechanics and valve structure design. Silent Check Valve usually contains a valve body and a valve disc. When the fluid flows in the forward direction, the valve disc will open due to the fluid pressure, allowing the fluid to pass through the valve. However, when the fluid flows in the reverse direction, the valve disc will be pushed closed by the reverse pressure of the fluid, thereby preventing the fluid from flowing back. At the same time, the design of the silent check valve minimizes the water hammer sound and vibration generated when the valve is closed, keeping the system quiet and stable.
