- Features
1. Low flow resistance
The streamlined valve body and the flow area of the valve seat are more than 1.4 times the flow area of the pipeline. Therefore, when the valve disc opens at a 40º stroke angle, the full flow area can be reached and the flow resistance is quite small.
2. Low self-closing pressure difference
The fully open flow rate is low. Due to the oblique large eccentric design of the valve disc and the fixed type of the two shafts, the shaft seal is sealed reliably. The valve disc and shaft are hingedly connected and equipped with self-lubricating bearings to minimize friction.
Therefore, the opening and closing pressure difference can be less than 19kPa, and the fully open flow rate is about 2m/s, which is much lower than other swing check valves, and it should not get stuck in the sewage medium.

Due to the above structural characteristics, when the water flow reverses, the valve disc responds quickly. Coupled with the small stroke angle of 40º and the large diameter water flow diversion, the impact force of the valve disc on the buffer device is minimized, and the buffer cylinder greatly reduces the impact of the valve disc on the buffer device. Reduces water hammer when pump is stopped and achieves silent shutdown.
5. Long life
The unique metal-to-metal, two-eccentric and tilted design allows the valve disc to quickly detach from the valve seat when it is opened. The friction torque is extremely small and effectively protects the sealing surface. The cone surface sealing design of the valve seat enables the valve disc to self-lock after closing. Moreover, reliable sealing can be achieved under back pressure. After testing, even after opening and closing 100,000 times, its sealing performance still meets and is higher than the leakage index of the check valve. The static shaft design makes the valve disc only friction with the bearing during the opening and closing process, and the shaft seal itself is a static seal, which is very reliable.
