Cast Iron Ball Lift Check Valve

Cast iron ball lift check valve is an automatic valve that uses a ductile iron valve body (such as QT450 material) and a spherical valve disc design. The valve disc is lifted and lowered by the medium flow pressure to achieve one-way flow control and prevent backflow. It is a variant of the lift check valve, combining the stability of the lift disc with the high efficiency of the ball seal. It is mainly used in medium and low pressure pipelines (pressure level ≤ PN16) such as water treatment, municipal engineering, and industrial sewage systems, especially for media containing impurities or particles. Performance characteristics Anti-blocking: The gap between the spherical valve disc and the flow channel is large, which can tolerate impurities such as fibers and particles in sewage. Low water hammer effect: When closing, the reverse pressure of the medium and the deadweight of the valve disc are used to achieve slow closing, reducing pipeline impact. Convenient maintenance: The valve cover is removable, which is convenient for cleaning impurities in the valve cavity or replacing seals.
