Wafer High-Performance Butterfly Valve Description
Wafer-type high-performance butterfly valve is an industrial valve that adopts double flange clamping installation, integrated double eccentric and special sealing structure. It can cut off the pipeline medium or adjust the flow rate by rotating the butterfly plate. It is suitable for low to medium pressure conditions in the fields of chemical, energy, municipal and other fields.
Performance characteristics and sealing form
Sealing performance:
Elastic seal (EPDM/PTFE): leakage level reaches ANSI Class VI, applicable temperature -20℃~150℃, suitable for corrosive media (such as sulfuric acid, alkali solution).
Metal seal (stainless steel + hard alloy cladding): temperature resistance ≤550℃, resistant to medium containing particles or high-temperature steam, suitable for harsh scenes such as metallurgy and chemical industry.
Operation and flow resistance: Manual, pneumatic or electric drive, low operating torque (≤50N·m), support fast opening and closing; Full-bore flow channel design, pressure loss ≤0.05, suitable for large flow and low energy consumption systems.
