Manual Butterfly Valve

Manual butterfly valve is a valve that controls the flow of fluid by manually rotating the butterfly plate. Its core components include valve body, butterfly plate, valve stem and seals, which are suitable for water, gas, steam and powder media control scenarios.

‌Valve body and butterfly plate: ‌Valve body material: mainly cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel (304/316L), with a pressure rating of PN1.0~PN1.6 (1.0~1.6MPa); ‌Butterfly plate design: The disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates 0°~90° around the axis, and the flow resistance is small when fully open (pressure drop ≤0.05), which is suitable for large flow regulation. ‌Seal form: ‌Elastic seal (such as EPDM, PTFE): leakage level reaches ANSI Class VI, applicable temperature -20℃~150℃; ‌Metal seal (hard alloy overlay): temperature resistance ≤550℃, suitable for medium containing particles or high temperature.

Wafer type (such as D71X): clamped between pipe flanges by stud bolts, compact structure;

Flange type (such as D341X): flanges at both ends, suitable for DN50~DN2600 pipes.
