Stainless Steel Wafer Butterfly Valve

The stainless steel wafer butterfly valve is a butterfly valve with a stainless steel valve body, clamped between the pipe flanges by studs, and the medium is switched on and off or the flow is adjusted by rotating the butterfly plate (0°~90°). Its core structure includes:

Butterfly plate: installed in the pipe diameter direction, the valve is fully open when rotated to 90°, and the thickness is the only resistance to the flow of the medium;

Wafer connection: fixed between the pipe flanges by studs, compact structure, light weight, suitable for scenes with narrow space or short pipe spacing.

90° rotation for quick opening and closing, small operating torque, supports manual, electric or pneumatic drive ‌;
Opening and closing times can reach tens of thousands of times, long service life ‌. ‌ Low flow resistance and sealing ‌:
Full-bore flow channel design, small pressure loss (close to linear flow characteristics), good adjustment performance ‌;
Elastic seals (such as T-shaped sealing ring + stainless steel sheet combination) can achieve zero gas leakage (ANSI Class VI standard), and metal seals can withstand temperatures up to 550℃ ‌. ‌ Corrosion resistance ‌:
Using 304/316L stainless steel material, suitable for highly corrosive media (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid) ‌.
