Common Failures

1. Clamped electric butterfly valve can not be reversed or reversing action is slow, generally due to poor lubrication, spring is stuck or damaged, oil or impurities stuck in the sliding part. In this regard, you should first check whether the oil mist work is normal lubricant viscosity is appropriate. If necessary, the lubricant should be replaced, clean the sliding part of the clamped electric butterfly valve, or replace the spring and the clamped electric butterfly valve.

2. Clamped electric butterfly valve after a long time of use is prone to spool seal wear, valve stem and seat damage phenomenon, resulting in gas leakage inside the valve, the valve action is slow or can not be normal commutation and other faults. At this time, the sealing ring, valve stem and valve seat should be replaced, or the clamped electric butterfly valve for new.

3. If the solenoid pilot valve inlet and outlet holes are blocked by sludge and other debris, closed poorly, the movable iron core is jammed, circuit failure, etc., can lead to clamped electric butterfly valve can not be normal direction. The first three cases should be cleaned on the pilot valve and movable iron core sludge and impurities. Circuit failure is generally divided into two categories: control circuit failure and solenoid coil failure.
