Trunnion Mounted Side Entry Ball Valves Description
The side-entry trunnion ball valve is a new type of ball valve with a right-angle valve body design, where the ball valve enters from the side and connects between the valve shaft center and the trunnion.
Structural Features
1. Side-Mounted Design
Internal components are installed and disassembled from the side, enabling easy maintenance and part replacement without removing the entire valve from the pipeline.
2. Dual-Metal Sealing
The sealing pair uses dual-metal materials, with the spherical line contact between the valve core and seat forming a hard-sealed metal ring, providing fireproof and explosion-proof performance.
3. Compensation Design
The valve core of the sealing pair has a compensation allowance. When the seat wears out, reliable sealing can be maintained by adjusting the limit bolt or replacing the seat, thereby extending service life.
