Temperature and pressure resistance
Temperature range : Conventional high-temperature metal seat ball valves are suitable for -29℃~900℃, and special designs can support 980℃ ultra-high temperature conditions . Pressure level : Nominal pressure PN1.6~16 MPa (Class 150~800), test pressure can reach 2.5 times the nominal pressure.
Materials and processes
Valve body material : Made of 310S stainless steel or Inconel series high-temperature alloys, resistant to high-temperature oxidation and thermal expansion deformation . Sealing surface treatment : The ball and seat surface are subjected to supersonic spraying or carbide spray welding, with a hardness of HRC60~74, and the anti-particle wear performance is improved by more than 3 times.

Sealing technology innovation
All-metal self-sealing structure : The traditional graphite seal between the valve seat and the valve body is eliminated, and the elastic metal back ring + spring preload design is adopted to avoid high-temperature oxidation failure and achieve level 5 hard sealing (leakage rate ≤ 0.01%). Floating valve seat : The axial floating design compensates for thermal expansion deformation, prevents high-temperature jamming, and adapts to ±10% temperature fluctuations .
High temperature resistant design
Heat dissipation and cooling system : The extended valve stem (≥200mm) is matched with an external heat sink to reduce the temperature of the packing area to 400℃ below , extending the life of the packing . Anti-expansion limit : A limiting groove is set at the bottom of the valve stem to prevent the valve stem from elongating at high temperature and blocking the ball, ensuring flexible opening and closing (torque ≤ 50 N·m).

Connection method: High-temperature pipelines are recommended to use flange connection (ANSI B16.5 standard) to avoid deformation of the heat-affected zone of welding.
Maintenance specification Regular inspection: Check the wear depth of the sealing surface (threshold ≤0.5mm) and the spring preload every 3 months. Purge and anti-blocking: The middle cavity is equipped with a Nitrogen purge interface to prevent high-temperature slag accumulation and blockage.
