Product Structure Characteristics

  • The design of the valve body adopts the design method of the pressure vessel, and the products are simulated and analyzed by three-dimensional software modeling for stress, temperature, fluid and other simulations before manufacturing to ensure that the performance and quality of the products meet the customer's requirements. The weld seams of the valve body are automatically welded by large submerged arc welding machine to ensure the welding quality of the ring weld. The structure of the valve body can also be barrel or spherical according to customer requirements.
  • The sealing structure of valve seat can be designed as soft seal, hard seal and combined seal structure according to customer's requirement, and the valve seat can be designed as DBB double cut-off and discharge, or DIB double isolation and discharge structure to meet the needs of different functions.
  • The surface hardening of the ball can be done by nitriding, chemical nickel plating (ENP), surfacing cemented carbide, supersonic spraying carbide or spraying welded nickel alloy and other processes.
  • The end of the valve seat adopts a warning structure with spring loading, and the spring is made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant INCONEL X-750 material, which still maintains good elasticity under extremely harsh environments, and can make the seat seal ring and the ball always maintain good contact.
