Orbital rising stem ball valve is a high-performance valve with the following remarkable features:

Frictionless operation: the valve rotates the spool through the rising stem to achieve opening and closing, which is frictionless and suitable for long-term frequent operation.
Forced sealing: When the valve is closed, it can not rely on medium pressure, through the wedge-shaped ramp at the bottom of the stem to provide mechanical wedge force, forcing the ball to press the valve seat, to achieve tight seal and zero leakage.
Self-cleaning function: at the moment of opening and closing, due to the formation of a ring of tiny gaps between the valve seat and spool, the pressurised fluid will be high-speed scouring of the spool and the valve cavity, to achieve self-cleaning.
Single-seat bidirectional sealing: single-seat design, sealing relies on external coercive force, does not rely on the pressure of the medium in the pipeline, not affected by the flow direction, to achieve bidirectional sealing.
Low torque: As the valve seat and ball will not rub during the switching process, the torque is low and easy to operate.
No local scouring of the valve seat: when opening and closing the valve, the valve stem is first lifted to make the valve ball and the valve seat instantly out of contact, emergency shut-off valve circulation channel instantly fully open or fully closed, so that the valve in the switching process without high-speed fluid local erosion of the valve seat sealing surface, thereby further improving the sealing life of the valve.
Cut off and cavity overpressure relief: Due to the single-seat design of the orbital ball valve, the valve cavity is always connected to one end of the pipeline, so there is no medium confined in the valve cavity, so there is no need to relieve the pressure of the valve cavity.
Low fugitive design: packing from manufacturers with API 622 certificate, according to different temperature and media can have a variety of options, has successfully passed the ISO 15848-1 Class A sealing type test, to meet a variety of environmental requirements.
Three-proof design: Orbital ball valves all meet the fire protection requirements of API 607 and API 6FA, with anti-static design and anti-ejection stem.

Driving mode: manual, pneumatic or electric actuators are suitable for different automation needs;
Installation requirements:
The valve stem is installed vertically to avoid partial loading and ensure smooth movement of the guiding mechanism;
