Top-Entry Cast Steel Ball Valve
The integral body design with top-mounted pivot support and flange structure ensures precise positioning of the ball. The integral pivot-fixed ball stem and high-strength integral stem structure provide stability. The pivot is equipped with a blowout protection mechanism, and two sets of O-ring seals combined with the fire-resistant packing structure on the stem effectively prevent leakage.
The valve features corrosion-resistant, low-friction bearings and a nickel bellows spring that forces the nylon-sealed metal seat toward the ball. It offers bidirectional sealing at both the inlet and outlet. The standard nylon and PEEK seats ensure effective sealing under low pressure.
A sealant injector is included for emergency sealing of the stem or seat by injecting sealant. The unique seat retraction technology allows for online replacement of the ball stem, stem seals, metal seats, and bellows springs, minimizing torque and facilitating electric valve operation.
The superior anti-static grounding device ensures effective contact between the ball stem and valve body. A pre-installed drive mounting platform with tapped holes is ready for actuator assembly. The fire-safe function ensures that if the seat is burned or damaged, the metal seat automatically presses against the ball, minimizing leakage between the seat and ball.
