Single Plate Check Valve

Single plate check valves have become the preferred valves for small and medium diameter pipelines due to their compact structure, high sealing and fast response characteristics. It is suitable for petroleum, municipal, food and many other industries, especially in the high-pressure, high-purity media scene with excellent performance.

Structural

Core components:

Valve body: straight-through or vertical structure, the material is mostly cast steel, stainless steel or alloy, the inner cavity is designed to be streamlined to reduce flow resistance.
Valve flap: single disc or hemispherical structure, material can be all metal (such as 304 stainless steel) or metal + soft seal (such as rubber, PTFE), through the guide device to control the lifting or rotating trajectory.
Spring mechanism (some models): to assist the valve flap to quickly reset and enhance the closing response speed under low pressure conditions.
Other components:

Bonnet: Bolted to the valve body for easy disassembly and maintenance.
Sealing surface: Surfacing hard alloy or adopting soft sealing material to ensure zero leakage during closing.

Specification

Nominal diameter: DN15～DN300 (conventional range), suitable for small and medium diameter pipelines.
Pressure level:
National standard: 1.6MPa ~ 10.0MPa (high pressure models up to 42MPa).
Temperature range: -29 ℃ to +550 ℃ (high temperature steam applicable models).
Connection: flange (H41X type), threaded (small diameter) or welded (chemical high-pressure pipelines)
