Selection and maintenance points
Selection parameters
High-temperature sterilisation conditions (> 120 ℃) preferred PTFE seals;
Containing particles of media need to be equipped with V-shaped ball structure (such as Q641TC-V) to prevent jamming.
Maintenance specification
Monthly implementation of high-pressure water gun flushing to prevent protein media scaling;
Seal replacement cycle is recommended ≤ 2 years (EPDM material) or ≤ 5 years (PTFE material).
