Applications
Steam network systems:
Controls steam flow and automatically discharges condensate (refer to Float Trap for trap function);
Pressure resistance up to PN40, temperature range -29℃~450℃.
Chemical process control:
Suitable for corrosive media (e.g. sulphur-containing oil and gas), with Monel or Hastelloy stem material;
Fire protection design in line with API 607 standards, to protect the safety of extreme working conditions.

Selection and use of norms
Selection parameters:
Nominal diameter: DN50-DN600 (special requirements can be customised to DN1200);
Connection: flange (ANSI B16.5), thread (NPT/BSP) or butt-welding end.
Installation requirements:
The valve stem needs to be kept vertical or tilted ≤15° to avoid uneven distribution of grease leading to jamming;
A sealing test of 1.5 times the working pressure is required before first commissioning.
