High Pressure Forged Ball Valve Description

 

High-pressure forged ball valve is a type of ball valve manufactured by forging process, through high temperature and high pressure forging moulding to enhance the denseness and strength of the material, it is suitable for the opening and closing of high-pressure pipeline systems such as oil, natural gas, flow regulation and media isolation.

Structure composition

  • Valve body and bonnet:

Forged steel material (such as ASTM A105, F316), three-body split structure design, easy to disassemble and maintain.
Fireproof structure design, extreme high temperature can still maintain sealing performance.

  • Ball and seat:

The surface of the ball is mirror polished, full bore design (flow resistance close to straight pipe), made of stainless steel or hard alloy coating.
The valve seat adopts metal hard seal (nickel-based alloy) or soft seal (PTFE), adapting to high pressure, high temperature or corrosive media.

  • Valve stem and actuator:

Lower mounted anti-disengagement valve stem, inverted seal structure to prevent media leakage.
Support manual worm gear, pneumatic, electric or liquid linkage operation.

  • Standard range: DN15 ~ DN200 (some models support DN50 ~ DN1200 large diameter)
  • Common specifications: 1/4 inch ~ 2 inches (corresponding to DN6 ~ DN50)

  • Conventional models: PN10.0 ~ PN32.0MPa (some up to 42MPa)
  • American Standard Grade: ANSI 600, 900, 1500 lbs.

  • Flange connection: standard flange or enlarged flange (when fully jacketed design)
