Pneumatic internal thread ball valve consists of a double (or single) acting pneumatic piston actuator and an internal thread ball valve. The valve body can be divided into integral, two-piece, or three-piece types. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure for reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem uses a downward-loaded structure with inverted sealing to prevent impact during abnormal pressure in the valve cavity. The pneumatic actuator employs low-friction materials for the bearing sleeve, and the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder body undergo hard anodized anti-corrosion treatment, significantly extending the cylinder's service life. This product offers stable performance and finds wide application in sectors such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, medicine, and others.
