Remote Control Ball Valve

Remote control ball valve is a type of ball valve that is remotely controlled to open and close by external signals (electricity, gas or hydraulic pressure). It is mainly used for automatic control of fluid pipelines. Typical applications include water treatment, chemical industry and HVAC systems. Its core advantage is that it does not require manual on-site operation and can be precisely adjusted through sensors or central control systems.

Structural composition

Valve body and ball:
The valve body is mainly made of stainless steel (304/316L) and cast iron, which is suitable for different media (water, oil, weakly corrosive liquids).
The ball mostly adopts a floating design and is sealed by clamping the valve seat.
‌Control module‌:
‌Electric actuator: supports 24V/220V/380V voltage, and is matched with limit switches to achieve precise opening adjustment.
‌Hydraulic control unit‌: Automatically adjust the water level through floating ball linkage (such as 100X type), suitable for liquid level management of water tanks and water towers.
‌Sealing system‌:
The valve seat adopts fluoroplastic (PTFE) or metal hard seal, with a temperature resistance range of -20℃ to 180℃.
