Cast iron flange butterfly valve is a type of butterfly valve that uses gray cast iron (HT200/HT250) or ductile iron (QT450-10) as the valve body material and is installed by flange connection. The butterfly plate rotates 90° around the valve axis to achieve the opening and closing control or flow regulation of the pipeline medium.

Corrosive media: EPDM valve seat or fluorine-lined butterfly valve (such as D341F46 series) is preferred, and the acid and alkali resistance is improved by 30%.
High temperature conditions: Upgrade the valve body material to cast steel (WCB) and adopt a metal hard seal structure, with a temperature resistance of up to 425℃.
