2 piece stainless steel ball valve Description
Two-piece stainless steel ball valve is composed of a main valve body and a sub-valve body connected by threads or bolts. It adopts a split design and is suitable for fluid control of DN15-DN100 pipelines.
Core components:
Stainless steel valve body: The material is mainly 304/316L stainless steel, with a pressure rating of PN16-PN63, and an applicable temperature of -20℃~350℃ (hard seal model);
Floating ball: The surface is mirror polished (Ra≤0.4μm), forming a zero leakage seal with the PTFE valve seat (leakage <100ppm);
Valve stem and seal: The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted inverted seal structure to prevent abnormal pressure increase leakage; the PTFE valve seat is corrosion-resistant and supports quick replacement.
Connection method:
Internal thread (G/NPT/PT) or flange connection, suitable for small and medium-caliber pipelines.
