Spring loaded ball valves enhance sealing performance through spring preload, and are suitable for high pressure or frequent opening and closing conditions. Its core structure includes:
Elastic valve seat: A combination of spring and PTFE/metal hard seal can automatically compensate for wear after long-term use (seal surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm);
Floating ball: The surface is mirror polished, and it is close to the valve seat under spring pressure when closed, with a leakage of <100ppm (ISO 5208 standard);
Bottom-mounted valve stem: Built-in spring reverse sealing structure to prevent medium leakage when the valve cavity is abnormally pressurized.
Advantages
High pressure tolerance: The spring preload structure supports PN16-PN160 pressure levels and is suitable for Class 600 oil and gas pipelines;
Long life: The valve stem is made of A182F forged steel, with a hardness of HB220-250, and an opening and closing life of ≥100,000 times;
