Pressure Balance Lubricated Plug Valve Description
Pressure-balanced lubricated plug valve is a special valve that achieves low operating torque and high sealing reliability through the internal pressure balance structure + oil lubrication sealing system. It is mainly used in harsh working conditions with high pressure, high corrosion and solid particles.
Features:
Lubrication method: Special grease is injected from the top of the plug body into the space between the valve body cone hole and the plug body to form an oil film to reduce the valve opening and closing torque.
Installation method: The installation method of the plug cone is inverted. There is a check valve on the upper part of the plug cone. When the valve is closed, due to the difference in the upper and lower cross-sectional areas of the plug cone, the injected high-pressure sealing oil causes the plug body to be lifted upward, thereby achieving better sealing

- Pressure adaptation: Standard covers ANSI 150~2500Lbs, ultra-high pressure requires customized reinforced valve body.
- Corrosion protection: Select NACE MR0175 certified materials (such as ASTM A494 CW-12MW) for high sulfur environment.
- Maintenance requirements: Regularly add ISO VG 460 high temperature resistant sealing grease, grease injection cycle > 6 months.
