Oilfield plug valve Description
The plug valve for oilfield is a special valve designed for high-pressure, corrosive and impure media in oil and gas extraction. It is widely used in key links such as wellhead control, connection and maintenance of oil and gas pipelines, and media isolation in oil and gas processing equipment.
Features
High-pressure sealing performance
The oil-lubricated sealing system is injected with high-temperature sealing grease (ISO VG 460 grade), achieving zero leakage under 42MPa high pressure.
The metal hard seal pair passes the API 6A fire resistance test (30 minutes flame seal).
Resistant to extreme media
The WC-Co coating is sprayed on the surface of the plug at supersonic speed, which is resistant to sand-containing crude oil erosion (sand content ≤15%).
The valve body is made of ASTM A494 CW-12M duplex steel, which is resistant to H₂S stress corrosion (hydrogen sulfide partial pressure ≥0.3kPa).
Fast and safe control
90° rotation achieves 0.5 second emergency shut-off to prevent blowout accidents.
The explosion-proof electric actuator meets the requirements of Zone 1 flammable environment.
Online maintenance capability
The inverted valve body design supports the replacement of packing or sealing components under pressure.
