What material is used for globe valves?
The materials of globe valves mainly include the following:
- Cast iron globe valve:
Manufactured using cast iron materials, with low cost, corrosion resistance and other characteristics.
Suitable for low pressure, low temperature fluid control occasions.
- Cast steel globe valve:
Manufactured using cast steel materials, with high strength and wear resistance.
Suitable for medium pressure, medium temperature fluid control occasions.
- Stainless steel globe valve:
Manufactured using stainless steel materials, with corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and other characteristics.
Applicable to a variety of corrosive media control occasions.
- Forged steel globe valve:
Designed and manufactured in accordance with API 602 standards, providing a variety of bonnet design forms, such as bolted bonnet, welded bonnet.
Users can choose different forms according to the need to provide a variety of connection methods, such as RF flange, NPT thread, SW welded and so on.
- Oxygen special globe valve:
It is made of silicon brass or stainless steel casting with excellent material, which has the advantages of high mechanical strength, wear-resisting and good safety.
Used in oxygen pipeline, it has the best explosion-proof and flame retardant performance, and is widely used in the pipeline network of iron and steel, metallurgy, petrochemical, chemical and other oxygen projects.
