Analysis of the core function of the lift check valve
I. Basic Function
One-way flow control
Through the vertical lifting action of the valve flap, only allow the fluid to flow in the set direction, blocking the reverse backflow.
Relying on the medium forward pressure to open the valve, reverse flow valve flap by self-weight or spring force to close quickly, forming a seal.
High pressure seal protection
Metal hard seal or elastic seal design of valve flap and valve seat can withstand higher pressure (such as PN100 or more), suitable for high-pressure pipeline systems.
II. Extended Functions
Equipment protection
Installed in the pump outlet or key piping nodes to prevent media backflow leading to pump reversal or pipeline pressure shock.
Separate oil lines in the hydraulic system to avoid pressure interference between different oil lines.
System stability enhancement
Suppresses the water hammer effect and reduces the risk of damage to pipelines caused by sudden pressure changes.
Combined with throttle valves, pressure reducing valves, etc., to achieve flow rate regulation or segmented pressure control (e.g. forward slow, reverse fast flow).
III. Applicable Scenarios
High-pressure industrial systems: such as oil and gas transmission, high-temperature steam pipelines, requiring high sealing and pressure resistance;
Clean media control: pharmaceutical, food industry to prevent fluid cross-contamination;
Complex control circuits: linkage with solenoid valves and liquid control devices to achieve automated reverse flow control
