High-pressure ball valves need to deal with high-speed fluid impacts, which may cause serious leakage or explosion when they fail, and need to be equipped with pressure relief protection devices.
Low-pressure ball valves have low flow rates, high safety, and controllable risks in the event of failure. Maintenance cost: High-pressure ball valves have high maintenance costs due to complex materials and processes, and require regular inspection of seal and valve body wear. Low-pressure ball valves are easy to maintain, and replacing seals can extend their service life. 5. Price and economy High-pressure ball valves are usually 3-5 times more expensive than low-pressure ball valves due to strict material and process requirements, and high-end customized products are even higher. Low-pressure ball valves have outstanding cost-effectiveness and are suitable for scenarios with limited budgets and no extreme working conditions.
