Sanitary electric ball valve features a top-entry design, reducing the number of connecting bolts under high pressure and large diameter conditions. This enhances valve reliability and overcomes the impact of system weight on normal valve operation.
It uses a 304/316 stainless steel valve body and ball, with standard electropolishing and sterilization treatment. Connection methods include clamp, quick-connect, and threaded. It is mainly used in coal chemical, petrochemical, rubber, papermaking, pharmaceutical, food, bioengineering, brewing, and water treatment industries.
The valve's flow channel inner wall is 0.5μm electropolished, with the orifice diameter matching the pipe to reduce media deposition. A fully enclosed PTFE sealing structure meets the requirements for thorough cleaning and is compatible with CIP/SIP sterilization processes. Nominal diameters range from DN15-102mm, working pressures from PN1.0-2.5MPa (higher pressures can be customized), and applicable temperatures range from -10℃ to 180℃. The actuator can be selected from standard or explosion-proof models, with protection ratings up to IP65/IP67/IP68, and supports AC220/380V or DC24V power input.

Key Features
Extreme Cleanliness and Sterility
Surface Finish: All surfaces of components in contact with the media are highly polished, typically requiring Ra ≤ 0.8 µm. This finish ensures that fluid does not remain on the surface, eliminating bacterial growth and cross-contamination.
Dead-Angle-Free Design: The valve's internal flow channels are smooth and unobstructed, eliminating any grooves, gaps, or dead angles where fluid or microorganisms might accumulate.
Main Application Industries
Food and Beverage Industry: Production lines for liquid foods such as milk, beer, juice, soy sauce, and edible oil.
Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology: Delivery systems for pharmaceutical solutions, water for injection, culture media, and purified water.
Cosmetics Industry: Production of emulsions, creams, and other products.
Semiconductor and High-Purity Chemicals: Delivery systems for ultrapure water and chemicals requiring extremely high fluid purity.
