What is Pneumatic Flanged Centerline Butterfly Valve
The pneumatic flange centerline butterfly valve is mainly composed of a centerline soft-seal butterfly valve and a pneumatic actuator. The valve's flow channel is fully lined with elastic rubber, and the disc is made of stainless steel. The disc and sealing contact surfaces are finely ground to ensure smoothness. This ensures that the disc fits tightly against the elastic rubber without gaps when the valve is closed or open, providing reliable sealing. It is particularly suitable for pipelines carrying clean water, sewage, gas, and other media. Powered by compressed air, the valve receives an industrial signal (4~20mA) and drives the actuator to rotate the disc (0-90°) to any opening degree, thus completing the valve's opening and closing. It is widely used in water supply and drainage systems in water plants, power plants, steel mills, paper mills, chemical plants, and catering industries for both regulation and shut-off purposes.
Structural Features

4. The connection between the butterfly plate and the valve stem adopts a pinless structure, overcoming potential internal leakage points.
5. The outer circle of the butterfly plate adopts a spherical shape, which improves sealing performance and extends the service life of the valve, maintaining zero leakage even after more than 50,000 pressurized opening and closing cycles.
