Stainless steel ball valve is an industrial valve that can achieve rapid opening and closing control by rotating 90 degrees. It is widely used in a variety of fluid management systems, mainly used to achieve fluid cut-off, distribution and flow direction adjustment functions. Its main uses can be summarized as follows:
- Fluid cut-off: Rapidly cut off or connect the medium flow by rotating the ball, suitable for scenes that require emergency closure or opening, such as pipeline inspection or system maintenance.
- Media distribution: Distribute the fluid flow direction in a multi-channel system (such as a three-way design), support the switching of different process paths, and is common in chemical and energy transportation links.
- Flow direction regulation: Change the flow direction of the fluid, suitable for the flow direction change requirements in the process control system, such as in oil transportation or production line switching.
The application areas cover multiple industries, including petroleum, chemical, electric power, natural gas, pharmaceutical, food processing and urban water supply and drainage systems, especially for corrosive media (such as acids and alkalis), high temperature and high pressure (up to 650℃, 42.0MPa) or special environments (such as oxygen, ethylene and other fluids).
