What is a high performance butterfly valve

High-performance butterfly valves are industrial valves that significantly improve the pressure resistance, sealing accuracy and adaptability of traditional butterfly valves through optimized structural design, sealing technology and driving mode. 1. Core structure upgrade
‌Triple eccentric design‌ (core innovation)

‌Axis offset‌: The valve plate rotation center and the sealing surface center are offset to reduce friction and wear (disengagement at the moment of opening, and compression and sealing when closed);
‌Conical seal‌: The sealing surface is inclined to the conical axis to achieve zero leakage of line contact under high pressure (sealing pressure ≥ 15MPa);

Strengthened sealing system‌

‌ Soft seal optimization‌: PTFE/EPDM valve seat achieves bubble-level sealing (leakage rate ≤1×10⁻⁹mbar・L/s) under -40℃~120℃ working conditions.
