1. Basic performance advantages
Efficiently prevent medium backflow
The swing check valve automatically opens and closes by rotating the valve disc around the axis: the valve disc is pushed open during forward flow, and closes quickly by gravity or medium back pressure during reverse flow, with significant backflow blocking capability.
Low flow resistance design
The flow channel inside the valve is approximately straight, and the resistance to the fluid is extremely small when the valve disc is open, reducing energy loss, and is especially suitable for large flow (DN≥200) pipeline systems.
Simple structure and strong durability
No complex components such as springs, only consisting of valve body, valve disc, pin shaft and sealing ring, with low failure rate, and life span of up to 8-12 years under normal working conditions
2. Design and adaptability
High installation flexibility
Supports horizontal, vertical or inclined pipeline installation, and relies on gravity closure when vertically installed without additional auxiliary devices, and is widely applicable.
High pressure and extreme temperature resistance
The working pressure covers 0.1-42MPa, and the temperature range reaches -196℃~800℃, which is suitable for complex working conditions such as steam, corrosive media, and oil products.
Large diameter adaptability
The single-flap type is suitable for medium diameter (DN≤600), and the double-flap/multi-flap type can be expanded to DN≥2000, and the multi-flap design can disperse water hammer impact and protect the sealing surface.
III. Material and sealing reliability
Enhanced material selection
The valve body and valve disc are made of cast iron, stainless steel or hard alloy surfacing (such as cobalt-based alloy), which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, especially suitable for particle-containing media (such as mud and sewage).
Sealing performance optimization
The copper alloy sealing ring adopts the dovetail groove embedded forging process, and the valve disc sealing surface is surfacing brass or soft alloy. The greater the reverse pressure, the tighter the seal.
Fourth, maintenance and cost advantages
Low maintenance cost
Only check the valve disc wear and pin lubrication every 2 years, no need to frequently replace wearing parts, suitable for long-term stable operation scenarios.
Standardized design
Parts are highly interchangeable, and modular components can be directly replaced during fault repair to reduce downtime.
Five, typical application scenarios
Municipal drainage system: withstand sediment erosion and reduce maintenance frequency; Petrochemical pipeline: carbide valve discs are suitable for high-pressure corrosive media; Industrial water treatment: suitable for high-temperature steam and high-purity liquid transportation
