The triple eccentric flange butterfly valve is a butterfly valve with a triple eccentric structure design and flange connection. It combines the sealing advantages of the triple eccentric structure with the installation convenience of flange connection. It is widely used in pipeline systems in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy and other fields, and is especially suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure and corrosive media.

Triple Eccentric Flanged Butterfly Valve Structural Features
Triple Eccentricity Design
- First Eccentricity (Axial Eccentricity): The valve shaft centerline is offset from the valve seat sealing surface centerline, reducing friction during valve opening and closing.
- Second Eccentricity (Radial Eccentricity): The valve shaft centerline is offset from the pipeline centerline, further reducing the contact area between the valve plate and the valve seat.
- Third Eccentricity (Conical Sealing Surface Eccentricity): The valve seat sealing surface is an inclined cone shape, forming linear contact with the valve plate, achieving "zero-friction opening and closing."
Bidirectional Sealing: By adjusting the driving torque, it supports tight closure in both directions, adapting to bidirectional fluid control requirements.
Sealing Structure
Metal Hard Seal: The sealing pair uses stainless steel, hard alloy, and other metal materials, which are resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and wear.
Soft and Hard Layered Seal: Some models use a combination seal of stainless steel sheet and flexible graphite, combining the advantages of both metal hard seals and elastic seals.
Fireproof Structure: The all-metal design meets fire safety requirements and is suitable for high-temperature environments.
Flange Connections
Supports standard flange connections (such as GB/T 9113, ASME B16.5), facilitating connection with piping systems.
Flexible connection methods include flange, wafer, weld neck, and lug wafer, adapting to different installation requirements.
