Y-Pattern Forged Steel Globe Valve features three bonnet designs: bolted, threaded full-welded seal, and threaded internal pressure self-sealing.
Bolted Bonnet utilizes bolts, nuts, and spiral-wound gaskets (316L with flexible graphite) for sealing, offering easy maintenance and supporting custom metal ring sealing solutions.
The valve body is available in carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, with customizable sealing surface pairings.
The disc can be replaced with needle-type, spherical-type, or other configurations.
Pressure ratings range from 800LB to 2500LB, equipped with rising stem yoke, removable disc, and integral top seal seat, ensuring compliance with API 598 testing standards.
