Double Eccentric Ball Valve Design & Applications
The double eccentric ball valve adopts a double-eccentric structural design, achieving fire and explosion prevention through metal spherical-ring hard sealing. Three-dimensional eccentric technology ensures zero leakage. The sealing pair uses dual-metal materials, with valve cores and seats overlay-welded with wear/corrosion-resistant alloys to adapt to various media.
Structural Principle:
Operates via eccentric wedging mechanisms to achieve tightening, regulation, and closure. The metal sealing pair ensures hard-surface contact.
During opening, the valve core retracts into a concealed chamber, maximizing flow area and avoiding冲刷 (erosion). During closure, the valve core gradually engages the seat, effectively removing scaling obstacles for reliable sealing.
Particularly effective for two-phase flow media prone to scaling and solid precipitation.

Material & Surface Treatment:
The hemisphere uses dual metals, overlay-welded with different alloys on the base material. The seat undergoes corresponding overlay-welding and special treatment, forming sealing surfaces for corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, etc., catering to diverse scenarios.
Sealing Performance:
Ensures airtight sealing, achieving zero leakage for hazardous gas transmission.
Maintenance & Longevity:
The sealing pair includes compensation allowance for the valve core. After wear, slight further rotation during closure maintains reliable sealing, extending service life.
Users can adjust or replace the seat by loosening the compression nut, avoiding complete valve disposal due to seal failure.

Applications with Alloy-Stacked Sealing Pairs:
Suitable for wear/corrosion-resistant, high-temperature, and ultra-strict-sealing conditions through alloy combinations.
