CF8M Lug Type Butterfly Valve is a valve that achieves opening and closing control by rotating the disc. The driving methods include manual, worm gear, pneumatic, and electric. The connection methods include wafer type and flange type. Its structural forms are divided into centerline type, single offset, double offset, and triple offset. The sealing structures include soft sealing (silicone rubber/fluorocarbon rubber) and hard sealing (metal materials). The pressure range covers PN 0.1-10MPa/Class150-Class300, with nominal diameters DN40~2000mm (NPS2"-36"), and the valve body material is mainly CF8M stainless steel.

Structural Features
Lug Design
The valve body extends lugs on both sides with bolt holes, allowing direct bolting to pipeline flanges without additional flanges or welding.
Lug types include through-hole (Type A) and through-hole with internal threads (LT Type), accommodating different installation scenarios.
Structural Types
Centerline: The disc and stem are concentric, with a simple structure suitable for low-pressure, ambient-temperature applications without stringent sealing requirements.
Single/Double Eccentric: Reduces friction and extends service life, ideal for medium-pressure applications.
Triple Eccentric: Features metal-to-metal sealing, with high resistance to high temperature and pressure, suitable for harsh conditions (e.g., steam, oil/gas pipelines).
Sealing Structures
Soft Sealing: Uses elastic materials (e.g., rubber, PTFE) for clean media (e.g., water, air), offering excellent sealing performance.
Hard Sealing: Metal-to-metal or metal-to-hard alloy sealing, resistant to wear, suitable for particulate media or high-temperature/high-pressure applications.
Triple Sealing: Some models feature two-layer sealing plus metal sealing for enhanced performance under high temperature, pressure, or corrosive media.
Connection Methods
Wafer Type: connected between pipeline flanges using double-ended bolts; compact design, ideal for small sizes (DN50-DN600).
Flanged Type: Lugs are bolted to pipeline flanges, offering high stability for large sizes (DN800-DN3000) or applications requiring frequent disassembly.
