The API6D top-entry ball valve boasts a high-pressure manufacturing process and a wide range of applications, encompassing water, petrochemicals, electric power, and other sectors. Depending on the nominal diameter, sizes below DN100 utilize a double-bevel design, with springs providing a self-compensating seal to ensure tightness at low and medium pressures. Sizes above DN100 utilize a fixed-ball design. This valve features a double block-and-bleed (DBB) function, fire and static protection, and bidirectional sealing. Retractable seat technology further enhances maintenance ease. Furthermore, the top-entry design allows for easy bonnet removal for repairs and component replacement, while the bottom-entry stem's inverted seal ensures a reliable seal at the packing.
