Advantages of pneumatic ball valve

1. Structural performance
Simple and compact structure
The pneumatic ball valve adopts an integrated ball design and modular structure, with a small number of parts, small size, light weight, and convenient installation and maintenance.
The flow channel is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, and the fluid resistance is extremely small (the resistance coefficient is about 0.08~0.12), which is suitable for large flow and low energy consumption scenarios.
Outstanding durability
The valve stem seal adopts self-lubricating materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which has little wear and long life; the bottom-mounted valve stem and thrust bearing design further reduce friction to ensure long-term stable operation.
2. Operation and control performance
Fast opening and closing speed
Driven by a pneumatic actuator, the valve only needs to rotate 90° to fully open/close, and the fastest response time is 0.05 seconds/time, which is suitable for emergency shut-off or rapid cycle conditions.
The operating torque is stable, the drive energy consumption is low, and it supports remote automation control.
High adjustment accuracy
After being equipped with a positioner, the opening can be accurately controlled to achieve fine adjustment of parameters such as flow and pressure (such as chemical and pharmaceutical industries).
3. Sealing performance

Strong sealing reliability

Metal seal or soft seal structure is adopted. When closed, the ball and the valve seat fit tightly. The higher the medium pressure, the stronger the sealing effect, and the leakage can reach the zero standard.

The two-way sealing design allows the medium to flow from any direction, and there is no restriction on the installation direction.

Anti-pollution ability

The smooth flow channel and large gap design can avoid the accumulation of impurities, and are suitable for media containing particles and fibers (such as sewage and slurry).

4. Material and environmental adaptability

Corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance

Stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials are used to adapt to strong acid, strong alkali, high temperature (up to 600℃) and high pressure (PN100 or above) environments.

Safety and environmental protection

Pneumatic drive has no risk of electric sparks and is suitable for flammable and explosive scenes; the low leakage structure reduces pollution and meets industrial environmental protection requirements.
