Welded bonnet forged globe valve is a valve whose closing piece (valve disc) moves along the centerline of the valve seat. This valve is welded together with the valve body and valve cover to form an integral structure. Depending on the movement of the valve disc, the change in the valve seat opening is directly proportional to the valve disc stroke⁠⁣.

Welded bonnet forged globe valve is a high-performance globe valve that uses a forging process to manufacture the valve body and connects the bonnet and the valve body by welding. Its core features are:

Body process: The forging process ensures high material density and excellent mechanical strength, suitable for high pressure (Class 150~3500LB) and high temperature (up to 570℃) working conditions;
Bonnet connection: Welding replaces the traditional bolt connection to achieve a fully sealed structure and avoid the risk of flange leakage, especially suitable for long-term maintenance-free or extreme working conditions.

The welded bonnet has no bolt gap, eliminating the hidden danger of medium leakage, and is suitable for high-risk media such as hydrogen and natural gas;
After the valve body and bonnet are welded, the overall strength is improved and the ability to resist internal pressure is enhanced.

The forged valve body supports high pressure levels (such as 300LB, 3500LB), suitable for high pressure pipeline systems such as petrochemicals and power stations;

The boltless structure reduces corrosion points and extends the service life of the valve;

It is suitable for highly corrosive environments (such as sulfur-containing oil and gas), and the erosion resistance of the welding interface is better than that of the flange connection.
